Computer Cables
Please insure that the Power Cable is properly secured in the back of the computer itself and also secured firmly into the outlet. Over time they may become loose resulting in a poor connection, and no power to the desktop.
If there are connectivity issues with the internet when you are on a "wired" network, please insure that the " CAT 5 Ethernet" cable (represented in the picture) is secured tightly into the back of the desktop. A good connection is indicated by a Green and Yellow LED light on the port itself.
Please make sure that your USB cables are firmly plugged in. This would fix some connection issues with Keyboards and Mice, or any other device plugged into the desktop via USB connection.
